Hey folks, I'm originally from Orlando and The median home value here is around $237,200, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 87,388 people. Poverty rate is 9.5%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
