Worst things about Springdale nobody talks about

Hello, With a population of 87,388, Springdale is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Four distinct seasons
- The public transit scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
