First post here. Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,193 for rent here. Median household income is $179,531, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $454,200 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
