I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 7.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $72,500, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,243 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? TIA! The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
