The good and bad of living in Springdale

Hello, Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $72,500 in Springdale. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

I've lived in The Heights for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Decent public transit for the size
- The cultural scene scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.
