Commute times in Springfield -how bad?

Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 11.2%, which is around average. Median household income is $65,537, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 9 years here, that's my honest assessment.
