Been meaning to ask this. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 8 years ago. it was the best decision I ever made. Still getting used to community vibe but Definitely worth checking out..

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
