Hey folks, Just moved here 3 months ago and Average temperature is around 52°F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $51,339, which feels on the lower side for the area. Crime rate is something to consider — Springfield sits at 905.3 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 4.7%, which is about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
