Hi all, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $107,600 on average. Household incomes average around $45,883 in Springfield. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,410 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
