Most overrated things about Springfield

My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 58,410, Springfield is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $107,600 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The public transit is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
