Planning a move to Springfield -neighborhoods?

Anyone else feel this way? Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $45,883 in Springfield. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I'm a lawyer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.
