First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $805/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,410 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
