Random thought, Just moved here 10 months ago and You can expect to pay around $805 for rent here. Rent is about $805/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
