Springfield is underrated, change my mind

We have two kids and Homes are going for about $126,800 on average. Median household income is $59,063, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Nashville it's average.
