Is it worth buying in Springville?

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2008. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I'm a writer and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

Weather-wise, the summers are pretty good and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
