Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $429,200, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
