Moving from Omaha to St. Albans next month

Random thought, I'm a 49-year-old data analyst and Average temperature is around 45--F, so bundle up in winter. Poverty rate is 15.4%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this?
