Best neighborhoods to rent in St. Albans?
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $58,788 in St. Albans. You can expect to pay around $888 for rent here. Homes are going for about $131,800 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
