Hey folks, We're a young couple and Rent is about $888/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $131,800, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $888 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 10,637 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
