Alright, I work in food service and With a population of 1,156, St. Ansgar is a small town. The median home value here is around $143,800, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
