Pros and cons of St. Anthony city (Hennepin and Ramsey Counties) after 5 years

Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $365,700, which seems about average. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up.

First time home buyer in St. Anthony city (Hennepin and Ramsey Counties)

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 9,516 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
