Co-working spaces in St. Augustine?

Hello, Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely challenging and I've found it exceeded my expectations. My neighborhood (Downtown) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Charlotte, be prepared for the culture shock. traffic is completely different here. And Summers can be brutally hot.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
