Things St. Augustine needs to improve

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 18 months ago and Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Chicago it's tough.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
