Hi all, Household incomes average around $72,693 in St. Clair Shores. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
