Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and The median home value here is around $196,400, which is actually reasonable. It's a a smaller city city with about 58,287 people. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
