Hey everyone, Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $72,693 in St. Clair Shores. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
