First post here. It's a a smaller city city with about 61,963 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
