Couple moving to St. Cloud from out of state

Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,528/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 7.9%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts?

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Italian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Bought a house here in 2024 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
