Couple moving to St. Davids from out of state
Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 40s, and The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $159,620 in St. Davids. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned?
