First post here. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $90,556 in St. George. Crime rate is something to consider -St. George sits at 150.4 per 100K. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
