Anyone work in healthcare in St. George?

Household incomes average around $72,870 in St. George. Homes are going for about $456,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 3 years here, that's my honest assessment.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are improving, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is challenging here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.
