Hi all, I'm a teacher here and It's a a smaller city city with about 99,184 people. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $72,870 in St. George. Homes are going for about $456,900 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The food scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
