Best neighborhoods to rent in St. George?

First post here. Median household income is $72,870, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -St. George sits at 203.0 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Fairview. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is competitive right now, especially in education. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Riverside. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is manageable right now, especially in government. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like craft beer.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
