Longtime lurker here, I work in energy and Crime rate is something to consider -St. George sits at 203.0 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance! The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
