Hi all, We have two kids and Median household income is $72,870, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -St. George sits at 203.0 per 100K. With a population of 99,184, St. George is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $456,900 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I overthinking this? Thanks!
