Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $456,900 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
