St. Helens quality of life -am I missing something?

Median household income is $82,123, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -St. Helens sits at 295.0 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The healthcare is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
