Affordable areas near St. Henry?

Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $113,629 in St. Henry. With a population of 2,812, St. Henry is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much competitive but now it's surprisingly good.
