Is St. James good for remote workers?

First post here. The median home value here is around $632,900, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts?

I'm a marketing manager and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. The community is improving and there's always something going on.
