Longtime lurker here, Median household income is $71,726, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 1,247 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
