Random thought, I work in marketing and Median household income is $55,578, which feels about average for the area. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What do you all think? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
