Hey, Crime rate is something to consider -St. Joseph sits at 568.1 per 100K. Rent is about $884/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
