St. Joseph quality of life -am I missing something?
Random thought, Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?

I've lived in Fairview for about 8 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Four distinct seasons
- The food scene scene is solid
The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Rising rent and home prices
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Fairview area are improving. Kids love it here.
