Hey everyone, Been living here since 2006. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $865 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
