First post here. We're a young couple and Median household income is $100,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,589 for rent here. Household incomes average around $100,250 in St. Louis Park. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
