Hey folks, I work in automotive and Household incomes average around $100,250 in St. Louis Park. You can expect to pay around $1,589 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

- Sprawl everywhere
- Boring for young people
- Far from major airports
