Is it worth buying in St. Martinville?

Hey everyone, I've been here for 4 years and Poverty rate is 13.7%, which is around average. With a population of 5,367, St. Martinville is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
