First time home buyer in St. Marys

Hello, I'm a 48-year-old physical therapist and With a population of 18,805, St. Marys is a small town. The median home value here is around $259,300, which seems about average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
