I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $835 for rent here. The median home value here is around $138,500, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
