Best neighborhoods in St. Marys

Hey folks, Rent is about $756/month for a decent place. With a population of 12,612, St. Marys is a small town. Homes are going for about $143,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've been living here for 6 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The school system is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
