Hey folks, Rent is about $756/month for a decent place. With a population of 12,612, St. Marys is a small town. Homes are going for about $143,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 5.4%, which is about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
